Dutch company has imported mangoes from Puerto Rico for 25+ years

"The European market now welcomes Puerto Rican Keitt mangoes' quality"

The Dutch company C. Gottmann has been importing mangoes from Puerto Rico for over 25 years. "This year's first container has already arrived. That's somewhat earlier than previous years, but the quality is truly exceptional," says Ron Duinkerke. "A fantastic climate and thorough cultivation knowledge, built up over the years, has resulted in a magnificent product comparable to any other country. The first mangoes have already found their way to various local and overseas customers."

The Puerto Rican mango season runs from week 15/16 to week 31/32. "The mangoes are harvested, packed, and shipped weekly with a transit time of just ten days. The European market has by now embraced these Keitt mangoes' quality, and our clients not only appreciate their sweetness and aroma but also that they come from a source that meets the strictest standards," Ron concludes.
