The agri-food cooperative Anecoop will be present at Fruit Logistica, where it will showcase a new addition to its Easy by Bouquet line of ready-to-eat specialties: the Pea-a-Mole.
"This is a revolutionary plant-based spread that combines the goodness of peas and avocados. It's 95% made from fresh ingredients and is a pioneer in the category of protein-rich products. With fewer calories and fats than traditional guacamole, this new addition to the Easy by Bouquet line has undergone evaluation by a consumer panel with the help of AINIA, and 92.1% of the people expressed their intention to repeat the purchase."
"Pea-a-mole is a new addition to the line of specialties produced by Janus Fruit, a company of the Anecoop Group.
