FuturPera postponed to 2025, new dates: 26-27 November

Ferrara Expo, together with its partners OI Pera, Unapera and Consorzio Pera Igp, has decided to postpone the date of the FuturPera International Pear Exhibition from 6-7 March 2024 to 26-27 November 2025, bringing it back to its usual time period.

"This is a choice made in favor of the pear industry, which supports exhibiting companies from the entire sector," according to a press release. "Since its first edition, FuturPera has always been a fair organized with farmers and for farmers.”

Given the complexity of the situation, not only because of the consequences of such unprecedented climatic events as frost and flooding, but also because of the difficult period that the agricultural sector is going through, both nationally and globally, Ferrara Expo has decided to move the event to 2025, so as to best fulfill its purpose of making FuturPera the reference platform for the sector. FuturPera is the only exhibition that serves as a reference point for the pear supply chain and will continue to be so in the future, a place for the sector to meet and grow, supported in part by a conference that will be the main source of information and updates in November 2025.

The show will give new impetus to the revitalization of Italian production, which continues to be a source of success for the country. FuturPera, on 26 and 27 November 2025, will be the main interpreter of this revitalization.
