Solidtec B.V. introduces a completely new palletizing machine based on new techniques and designs: the ST8. This machine is engineered in answer to the requests from the market for a smaller and efficient palletizing system.
ST8
The ST8 immediately stands out because of its compact design and various possibilities regarding lay-out. This makes it suitable for a wide number of applications, while it is easy to fit in any production facility.
ST8 palletizing machine
The ST8 is a semi-automatic palletizing machine that can stack bags up to 12 per minute. The machine is completely configurable to the customers wishes. An extremely intuitive, multitouch, HMI touch panel is used to control the machine. Next to the technical aspects of the ST8 there was special attention to the overall design, distinguished by a very compact footprint of only 3.6 by 2 meters. Solidtec B.V. expects to expand its market position by adding this new machine to the Solidtec range of palletizing machines.
Edwin Moerdijk, managing director and founder of Solidtec B.V. proudly says: “With the development of the ST8 we added a unique machine to our portfolio that not only has a very small footprint, it is also the most efficient and energy efficient machine in its class.” The ST8 will be exhibited for the first time on the Fruit Logistica in Berlin where the machine will be displayed on the stand of Manter International B.V. (hall 2.1, stand A-40).
ST10 palletizing machine
Not only will a completely newly developed semi-automatic palletizing machine be introduced, Solidtec B.V. further developed the concept into a fully automatic version: the ST10.
Where the in- and outfeed of pallets with the ST8 is manual or by forklift, the ST10 has a fully automated integrated pallet transport. A fully automatic in-line wrapper for pallet stabilization is also possible with the ST10.
