Complejo Agroindustrial Beta made its first shipment of blueberries to Jordan in the 2022/23 campaign, adding a new destination market for Peruvian fruit.
The company shipped 360 kilograms of fresh blueberries by air and the shipment arrived in Jordan in week 34.
The phytosanitary requirements to ensure the safety and export quality of the blueberries were cold treatment for fruit fly pests and pre-shipment inspection.
