Interpoma 2022 (Bolzano, November 17th-19th) will focus on digitalization and a sustainable use of resources for apple production.
The traditional Interpoma Congress will take place on November 17th and 18th. It will discuss the apple market in the US and robot harvesting, with the leading global manufacturers of harvesting robots presenting their innovations. The event will be coordinated by Walter Guerra, manager of the Apple work team at the Laimburg research center since 2005 and vice-director since 2021.
Tickets for Interpoma Congress are sold online and the "Early Bird" offer of €54 will be available until August 31st.
The leading world fair dedicated to apples also includes the Interpoma Award. This year, the competition will reward technological innovations when it comes to water saving, with one award granted to companies or individuals and one to start-ups. In both cases, the jury of experts will base its judgment on the products or services presented such as machinery, systems, components and devices.
