We are currently seeking someone to fill the position of Technical Support and Customer Service Level 1. In this position you will report to the Customer Client Team Leader.

As an expert in your field, you will ensure that all of our customer installations are running perfectly and will provide friendly and professional assistance to their inquiries.

Your mission if you accept it?
Provide outstanding technical support to our customers while creating a positive and efficient customer experience. 

What your day-to-day looks like:

●      Provide technical support by answering customer inquiries about the operation of our LED growing lights system

●      Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to hardware, software, and networking remotely or locally at customer premises

●      Develop and maintain technical knowledge database to assist in quickly resolving customer issues

●      Proactively monitor our customer installations to ensure optimal system operations and performances

●      Provide technical support to the project and agronomy internal team

●      Coordinate logistics for customer returns

●      Collaborate with internal departments such as R&D, product development, and engineering on the development and testing of new products

What you need to join our family:

●      DEP in technical support or computer/electronics technician,or other relevant fields

●      2 years (minimum) experience in technical support and customer service

●      Solid knowledge of Linux and computer troubleshooting skills

●      Good Networking knowledge (able to configure and troubleshoot network)

●      Customer experience and satisfaction driven

●      Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

●      Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

●      Proficiency in written and spoken English and French

●      Driver's license essential
