The 8th Agrotrade Chile 2023 Convention and International Fair will once again bring together the main agricultural players at the Monticello Convention Center around a diverse fair sample, interesting talks and conversation panels. The event will address, among others, the challenges of the new fruit genetics.
Executive director of Viveros de Chile, Maritrini Lapuente: "We wanted to focus this eighth version of our Agrotrade, on the projections of the agricultural sector, in a context marked by climatic extremes, economic pressures and conflicts, which strongly affect the world food security scenario where sustainability is essential to achieve a agriculture more resilient to these changes.”
Indeed, this reunion will convene important leaders and leaders of agricultural work, who will participate in the conversation panels of the event.
Among other topics that Agrotrade 2023 will include, there is the potential of women as agents of change in agriculture, being protagonists in cross-cutting issues such as associativity and digital literacy, among others, which allow us to move forward and work together to return to the path of turning Chile into an agri-food powerhouse.
