In order to strengthen its presence in the Paris region, Sofrilog continues to expand its transport and distribution network and it has announced the opening of a new sorting-temperature site in Saint-Ouen l’Aumône (Val d’Oise department).
Development strategy
With four sites in the Paris region already (Trappes, Orly, Vitry and Marne-la-Vallée), this new warehouse will be complementary to the current network and is in line with Sofrilog’s objective to increase its transport and logistics network in consumer areas.
The year 2022 indeed marks an acceleration of the development of Sofrilog’s transport offer. In April and June, the group announced the opening of a transport agency in Mâcon and an urban logistics platform in Strasbourg through the OOFRAIS branch.
Focus on SOFRILOG Cergy
Located in the Béthunes business park of Saint-Ouen l’Aumône, Sofrilog Cergy is a sorting-temperature warehouse dedicated to frozen, fresh and dry food products. This site of 5,000 m², located on a plot of 30,000 m², is therefore becoming Sofrilog’s distribution hub to the north of Paris, complementary to the transport agencies of Orly and Marne. The site is already operational, as the first pallets were received by the teams on October 26th.
