The PGI Cítricos Valencianos incorporated new firms from Alicante, Valencia, and Castellón. This expansion reinforces the presence of the Valencian seal in national and international markets.

"The new members are: Antonio Llusar y Cía., S.L.U. located in the municipality of Chilches in Castellón, a supplier of citrus fruits of El Corte Inglés. This is a giant in the commercialization of oranges and mandarins, with recognized prestige in national and international markets."
"Frutas Hermanos Salas e Hijos, S.L. is located in the Valencian region of La Costera, in the municipality of Estubeny. It has a long history in the marketing of citrus fruits and is present in more than 20 countries."
"And Frutas Juanito, S.L. supplier of the Mas y Mas chain, which will begin to use the PGI Cítricos de Valencia seal for its lemons produced in Alicante."
"In addition, six more operators are currently in the process of joining the PGI. Specifically, two cooperatives and four private businesses,” the PGI stated.
The constant trickle of new additions to the PGI Cítricos Valencianos increases its presence in the Valencian Community.
PGI Cítricos Valencianos at Fruit Logistica Berlin
The PGI Cítricos Valencianos will participate at the Fruit Logistica Berlin from February 8 to 10. It will use these three days to promote its seal of quality in international markets in a key appointment of the fruit sector. The PGI will be located in Hall 11.2, Stand B-10.
