More than 1,000 tons of grapes were exported from Karakalpakstan from January to November. The export value of a kilogram of grapes from January to May averaged $0.5, from June to July $1.8, from August to November $1.2.
Some 700 tons of grapes were exported to Kazakhstan and Russia in November. Exporters are provided with several benefits, as the Uzbek government is working to improve the welfare of Karakalpakstan through the accelerated development of entrepreneurship, innovative technologies and infrastructure.
