The mushrooms are collected fresh at the optimal moment. "Drying as a preservation process is very gentle on nutrients, which benefits the high health value of the mushrooms. After drying, one kilo of fresh produce ends up as about 100 grams, which are filled into environmentally friendly packaging. They have a long minimum durability date and are very well storable.
The preparation is surprisingly simple, the enterprise reports: Each of the 13 mushroom varieties from the Wohlrab assortment is simply placed in a bowl with boiling water and soaked for approximately 15 minutes. The decoction, strained through a coffee filter, can be used for a delicious, flavorful sauce or soup. After soaking, briefly rinse the mushrooms once and then use them as fresh produce. There are no limits to the variety of recipe ideas, mushrooms are at home on any plate."
