The Australian government has re-opened the international border to backpackers, but it seems the farming industry has some work to do to entice travellers back to its workforce. Backpackers coming to Australia on a 417 working holiday visa can enter NSW, the ACT and Victoria without quarantining if they meet strict criteria.
