Increases in both orders and recognition for the Italian brand Lome Super Fruit

"In less than a month, we have seen a 20 percent increase in orders. Our juices are gaining recognition, and this can be seen by looking at the constant increase in requests for supplies, not only from large-scale retail chains, but also from commercial activities related to the Horeca sector," said Dario De Lisi, sales manager of Masseria Fruttirossi, the Apulian agribusiness establishment that produces juices obtained from its own crops.

"Usually, we notice a surge in requests in the summer months, but this year it was the prolonged, scorching heat of the last few weeks that gave a strong initial boost, generating a greater frequency of purchases and, therefore, a faster clearance of our clients' shelves. In addition to 100% pure pomegranate juice, which continues to be our best seller, the Linea mix with ginger and lemon and the Vitality mix, made with clementines, are also finding particular success. Our juices are rich in vitamins, minerals and natural antioxidants, with no preservatives and no added sugars. These are fresh drinks that meet different nutritional needs."

Lome Super Fruit juices are available in both glass and refrigerator PET bottles. They are extracted and cold-processed using HPP (high-pressure pasteurization, Editor's note) treatment, which preserves the nutritional, sensory and organoleptic properties of the fruit, as if freshly pressed.

"Initiatives for the promotion of sales of these beverages are active during all 2022. We are making agreements with distributors and players to increase the presence of the juices in Horeca businesses located in the main Italian tourist destinations. In addition, the penetration of foreign markets, even those more complex for border-related issues (such as Great Britain) is another strategy that appears to be succeeding well. Thanks to partnerships with international operators, we will bring Lome juices to the most well-known European cities. We recently returned back from the Imbibe Live fair in London, and our juices have proved to be very successful there as well. We will start with deliveries to English markets as early as the next few weeks," concluded De Lisi.
