26 perishable logistics experts lined-up to explore the latest advances in cold supply chain technology

The CoolTech22 programme boasts 26 perishable supply chain speakers spanning the two day conference in Rotterdam, on 21-22 June, with recent additions further strengthening the importance of the conference being held at the Hilton Hotel in Rotterdam.

A new discussion panel session features Daniel Bollard, Business Manager - Shippers & Forwarders, Port of Rotterdam; Charlotte Goos, Business Development Manager, Portbase; Rogier Rook, Logistics Manager, Nature’s Pride; Niels Prebensen, Director Product Management – Digital Marine, Emerson Commercial and Residential Solutions and Stein van Est, Head of Cold Chain Logistics, Maersk is set to explore in depth the Digitalization of the cold chain: role and responsibilities of actors in the supply chain.

The Port of Antwerp-Bruges will be sharing details on the first day of CoolTech about their Pharma GDP Project presented by Tineke Van de Voorde, Key Account Manager.   Focussing on the subject of data will be Kingsly Kongnyuh Kwalar, CEO of OPTIMIZ who will explain how data has failed to impact the claims process; and Al Tama, Vice President & General Manager of ORBCOMM will demonstrate where data should drive decisions. Blockchain in practice and how this simplifies perishable exports will be the focus of Director of Naviporta, Raoul Tan's presentation.

Don Miller, Board Director, TrakAssure & Chief Sales Officer, Globe Tracker will be joined by Steve Alaerts, Director, Foodcareplus and 
Michiel Valee, CEO, DockFlow for a discussion on temperature monitoring solution and what problems it solves for FC+.

CoolTech22 is held in collaboration with the Port of Rotterdam and delegates attending CoolTech22 - a Cool Logistics event - can participate in an exclusive Port Tour open to a limited number of attendees on the afternoon prior to the Conference on 20 June.   The boat tour visits the Reefer Logistics Container Terminal and the Rotterdam Food Hub featuring the new-built carbon-neutral factory of Innocent Drinks.

The Port of Rotterdam will also host attendees at Welcome Reception at the end of the first day for all participants.
