"This might not be one of the best periods, but the food sector has never stopped investing, especially when it comes to fruit and vegetables," reports Erica Gregnanin, marketing manager at Frigoneveneta, a company established in 1980 in Villa Bartolomea (Verona) that initially dealt with commercial plants and then passed on to industrial chilling for big retail chains.

For Frigoveneta, big retail chains and warehouses are important clients. "For the past 5-6 years, we have been investing in solutions to improve energy efficiency and therefore save on energy costs. The control units, which are equipped with our software, can optimize consumption. Operators can monitor and manage consumption at all times."
The TeleGest system has obtained the Industry 4.0 Ready certificate by Bureau Veritas, testament to the company's constant technological innovation process.
