In the Netherlands, six professionals from different disciplines have started a new company - The Fresh Academy. It aims to smooth the road for young fruit and vegetable talent who want to enter the job market. Taco van der Louw had previously shared the company's plans with us.
They want to get Senior Secondary and Higher Vocational Education and University students to spend two years of their courses at a fruit and vegetable company. There, they will also follow training programs in purchasing, sales, marketing, quality control, logistics, and the like.
Now, the other professionals behind The Fresh Academy have been made known too. The Fresh Academy consists:

Sander Metz and Taco van der Louw are directors and are responsible for general and business tasks. The other shareholders will take care of finances, commerce, marketing and communication, the educational program, the "rising stars" experience, and personal development and assessments.
More will be communicated about this soon. After the summer, The Fresh Academy will go live for companies and its "rising stars", report the founders.
