Netherlands the worst, Croatia the best

How do European countries score in vegetable consumption?

Pictures are often worth a thousand words. Here is an overview of vegetable consumption in Europe. The Netherlands is a rather light green. People there eat a paltry 58kg of vegetables per household per year. It is the worst scoring country in Europe. Croatia takes the lead. There, each household consumes 302 kg of vegetables, on average, annually. That is over five times more than the Netherlands.
