No cabbage is more popular in Germany, according to Deutsches Obst und Gemüse: Cauliflower and broccoli took first and second place in the 2020 German cabbage ranking - with purchase volumes of 74,151 tons and 59,595 tons respectively.
Cauliflower always convinces Germans of its first-class qualities. It is closely followed by broccoli.
