Since October 2021, efko's Ruck Zuck pumpkin mix can be found on Austrian shelves. In efko's Ruck Zuck pumpkin vegetables, coarsely cut pumpkin cubes of the aromatic Hokkaido variety are mixed with leek and carrot slices. All ingredients are 100% Austrian.

Resource-saving all-rounder
The Austrian pumpkin cubes are a true all-rounder, as it can be used to quickly prepare stir-fried vegetables or vegetable soups. However, the product not only helps to save time in the kitchen, but is low in calories as well.
The Austrian pumpkin cubes are packaged in an environmentally friendly film made largely from pine oil. It protects the vegetables just as well as conventional packaging, but saves on resources and ensures one hundred percent CO2 neutrality, efko reports.
