Matt is an operations veteran, with plant/general management, skunkworks projects and maintenance experience. He knows all about fruit and vegetable processing and is a master of potatoes and green beans. “He has run fruit and vegetable plants, speaks fluent operational leadership, and knows how to innovatively address not only your headaches, but to help set you on a growth path,” a company release says. Matt’s experience covers frozen, shelf-stable, fresh and fresh-cut operations.
