Montpellier: Start-up Koovéa raises 2.5 million euros

The Montpellier-based start-up founded in 2018 by Adrien Content, Yohann Caboni and John Aldon, has raised 2.5 million euros [2.95 million USD] from IRDI, Sofilaro and BPI France to accelerate its growth “and become the French leader in connected temperature monitoring,” announced the three co-founders.

The specialist in the transport of sensitive products, with solutions 100% made in France in the monitoring of temperature without interruption, is preparing its upcoming arrival on the international market.

“With our technology designed and made in France, we can guarantee the respect of the cold chain in all simplicity, at each stage and for all actors of the logistics. Koovéa quickly stood out by offering an innovative simplified solution, as well as an all-in-one service with high added value, which perfectly meets the growing need for flexibility and time saving on the part of the clients.”

“Our clients benefit from a complete personalized follow-up adapted to their needs, the reactivity of a dedicated support service and the scalability of the solution,” explains Adrien Content, co-founder of Koovea.

“For us, this fundraising is the logical continuation of our strong growth over the past 12 months. It is the reward for the efforts made by all our teams since our creation. With this fundraising, we will be able to accelerate our development on the territory by doubling our staff again by the end of 2022, while preparing the next step already: our arrival on the international market.”
