Dutch wholesaler gets new Filosofo satsuma harvest

"Spanish mandarins still in high demand despite huge overseas fruit supply"

Every year, Dutch wholesaler, Willem Dijk AGF, expects its first Spanish mandarins in about week 36. "There's an excess of overseas fruit available. Nonetheless, Spanish mandarins are already in high demand," says Ronnie Moorman.

"We've received the first shipment, and it meets our expectations. It's an excellent batch, color, texture, and flavor-wise. They're 'Filosofo worthy' premium citrus from Aranda in Piles, Valencia. That's a household name for quality. And, in the Benelux, it's exclusive to Willem Dijk AGF," he concludes.
