formed after KPS Capital Partners completed its acquisition of Crown Holdings Inc. EMEA food and consumer packaging businesses.

The company is Europe's largest manufacturer of steel and aluminum food packaging with hundreds of global and regional food and consumer goods customers.

Tomás López, an industry expert with decades of experience in leading packaging companies, will lead Eviosys as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. López was previously CEO of Mivisa before the company was acquired by Crown Holdings in 2014.
