A new edition of the Cherry Day, organized by the Argentinian Chamber of Integrated Cherry Producers (CAPCI), is planned to take place on September 9 from 09:00 am in Argentina.
It will have a live webinar format and registration is free in the following link: Registration Cherry Day 2021. This 2021 edition will feature prominent national and international speakers.
Over the years, the event has become a meeting point for the Argentinian cherry industry. This time, several topics will be addressed, including sector development based on local priorities, with a strategic vision from the southern hemisphere; the challenge of increasing and making the production even more efficient, or how to approach the markets.
This edition is backed by 25 sponsors, including companies and institutions that are part of the Argentinian cherry production chain. This time, the CAPCI, in synergy with Kilimo and Circa-Circular Carbon, made the commitment to look into the event's carbon footprint, thus raising awareness about environmental protection and sustainability at a time when fruit production is already directly affected by issues related to climate change.
