“The organic herb campaign is going well,” according to Frédéric Marie. “The offer and the demand are present. In terms of quality, there are no particular concerns either.” The farm is specializes in the production of organic aromatic herbs in pots. “The most popular herbs in the summer are basil and mint, for cocktails and salads. I have the feeling that the demand for cilantro is increasing as well.”
For the 2021 season, we have developed a new packaging made of Kraft paper to complement our pots and in line with our eco-design approach. These are recycled and recyclable materials.
“It seems useful to recall that these new materials create a significant inflation of our costs. However, and despite the requirements for improvement imposed on us, sales prices have not gone up.”
